  • The product must be in its original, unused condition; after inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange, as appropriate.
  • Customers must return the product in its original packaging and condition, with all original tags and accessories.
  • Customers must provide a valid reason for the return, such as a defect or dissatisfaction with the product.
  • The company will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product, including any applicable taxes if the product is returned under this policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
  • Custom or special orders are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any product that is returned that is not in compliance with this policy will be returned to the customer.
