Exchange Eligibility

You can exchange most items within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain products, such as personal healthcare devices (e.g., pocket ECG, smart rings), are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons unless they are found to be defective.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at customer@adivaasmart.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
  • Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

Warranty

All Adivaa products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you are eligible for an exchange.
