Shipping Services and Fee

Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays. On receipt of shipment, please check and confirm the packaging is in good condition, and the quantity received are same as ordered. After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you the delivery or installation time and date regarding delivery of the product(s). If payment is delayed due to the bank approval process, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. All expected delivery dates and times are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

You shall be given no less than 7 days notice from 9:00am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays excluded) to our Customer Service Department hotline in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date, and/or place, delivery of the additional purchase.

In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding, or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Our Customer Service Team will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via SMS/phone for rescheduling of delivery.
